Thousands of rugby fans from all over the world have snapped up their #StayStrongForOws wristband to show their support for the recovery of Welsh International Rugby player Owen Williams who was injured during a Cardiff Blues World Club 10s tournament in Singapore last month.
Cardiff Blues announced last week that the region had joined forces with the Welsh Rugby Charitable Trust to raise valuable funds to help and support Owen in the long-term as he continues his recovery from a spinal cord injury.
The wristbands carry the #StayStrongForOws motto and have been created in gold and navy blue to represent Cardiff Blues and Owen’s home town club Aberdare RFC.
Local graphic design business HighStreet Media have rallied behind the campaign and wristbands will be available to purchase from their shop on Bute Street, Treorchy for £1.50 from next week.
They are also supporting the campaign by designing and creating banners which start from £15 and posters from £5 for local rugby clubs with all the profits going to the #StayStrongForOws campaign.
If you would like to support Owen in his recovery and would like to purchase any of these fantastic products then please contact HighStreet Media at firstname.lastname@example.org or Tel: 01443 858 250.
